The box office (+ guest list) for concerts is located at the entrance to the concert venue. The opening hours are the same when doors open to the concert area. A detailed timetable for each concert will be published some time closer to the concert on our website and our social media channels. At the box office you can only pay in cash.
At the box office you can only pay in cash, card payments are not possible. At all food and beverage booths you can pay either with cash or card (MAESTRO, VISA, MasterCard). Payment options at the merchandise booth vary at each concert and can be found on site.
Due to the architectural limitations of the historic fortress, the concert area is only partially accessible. We offer a free shuttle service provided by the “Samariterbund” for all events. The meeting point is 30 minutes before the doors open at the foot of the fortress, at the entrance Kaiserjägerweg (Kinkstraße 36). Wheelchair users will then be taken to the fortress. There is only a stop for pick-up and drop-off, parking is not allowed. For the return trip, the shuttle will be waiting at the entrance/exit after the concert. Registration for the shuttle service is not required. All information regarding discounted tickets for wheelchair users can be found here.
On the casemates (the elevated outer ring surrounding the fortress) there is a designated area for wheelchair users during concerts to ensure good visibility. Fortress staff will assist with accessing the casemates via the steep access path. Accessible restrooms are also available at the concert area.
There is no specific entry time for concerts, the entrances to the concert area are permanently staffed from the time on doors open. The entry is one-way – this means, that once you leave the concert area, you may not return to it. The official entry (doors open) is a bit earlier than the actual start of the concert. However, there may be variations. A detailed timetable will be published on our website and social media channels shortly before each concert.
Taking photos and videos of the concert with your smartphone is allowed, but professional cameras and drones of all kinds are prohibited on the whole area.
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to attend evening events.
Children aged 6 to 13 are only permitted to take part when accompanied by a responsible adult (“responsible adults” are defined as parents or guardians, or adults who are professionally entrusted with supervision or have been temporarily or permanently delegated this responsibility by a parent or guardian). For age verification purposes, entry is only permitted with a youth card, youth ID, official photo ID or a comparable document and a separate, valid ticket for the respective concert is required.
Children under the age of 10 may only attend events wearing age-appropriate hearing protection (over-ear). These are available in specialised stores for example. The Tyrolean Youth Protection Act must be considered in all cases.
Strollers, umbrellas and camping chairs are prohibited at the event area and are not permitted for safety reasons. All other prohibited items are listed below under PROHIBITED ITEMS.
