Conditions of participation for competitions

By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. The competition is organized by Barracuda Music GmbH. Participation in the competition is free of charge. The deadline for entering the competition is stated in the competition-posting.

The competitions have no connection to Facebook (or other external platforms on which the competition takes place) and are in no way sponsored, supported or organized by these external platforms. Only natural persons are entitled to participate, with the exception of employees of Barracuda Music GmbH, participating agencies and their relatives. The given prizes will be raffled randomly among all participating people. On social media, the winners will be asked in the comment section to send us a personal message to confirm their winnings.

If the competition takes place outside of social media, the participation is only possible by providing contact details. Subsequently, the modalities such as where to pick up the prizes will be clarified. If the winners do not respond by 3 days after the raffle at the latest, the prizes will be raffled off to another person. Recourse to the courts is not permitted. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Participation via competition clubs and automated services is excluded. Barracuda Music GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition due to incorrect information, manipulation or the use of unauthorized aids.
