General information

  • The website festung-kufstein.live including its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as „the website“) is operated by Barracuda Music GmbH, Alser Strasse 24/13, 1090 Vienna, office@barracudamusic.at as service provider, media owner and publisher (hereinafter referred to as „Barracuda Music“).

Barracuda Music therefore stores and processes data exclusively in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).   • No directly identifiable personal data is automatically collected on the website. This means that you only deliver this data to Barracuda Music through your active input of (for example) your name, address, etc.
  • The website does not create any personal user profiles.

Stored data

Barracuda Music stores and processes the following personal data:

  • Data that the user enters on the website on his own
  • User data: as soon as the user places an order, a user account is created with the data entered by the user. All data that the user enters on the website as part of an order (mail address, password, first name, last name, academic title, address, telephone number, language, service, payment method) is stored by the website along with the IP address used, as long as the user account is not deleted. The user data is used exclusively for the operation of the website and within the scope of contract fulfillment, for processing the registration or order. Data is only shared with third parties as far as it is necessary for contract fulfillment.
  • By placing an order, the user also agrees that their data may be processed for sending information about products and events.

Automatically stored data

  • Server Logs: The IP address of the requesting computer, along with the date, time, request, the requested file (name and URL), the amount of data transferred, a message indicating whether the request was successful, identification data of the browser and operating system used and the website from which the access originated (if accessed via a link). Server logs are stored to monitor system security, for technical administration of the website and to optimize the service. This data will be forwarded to law enforcement authorities in the event of a hacking attack. There will be no further passing on to third parties. Server logs are stored for a maximum of three months.

Cookies: Cookies are small text files that the website stores on your computer to recognize it. They may contain information about website usage. Barracuda Music uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Barracuda Music allows you to log in using your Facebook account.

We do not send any data to other social networks unless you explicitly select the respective network by yourself.

Newsletter

To subscribe to the Barracuda Music newsletter service, we require at least your mail address, to which the newsletter will be sent. Additional information is used to personalize the newsletter and to enable follow-up questions.

Barracuda Music uses the single opt-in procedure for newsletter distribution. This means that Barracuda Music will send you the newsletter as soon as you subscribe to the Barracuda Music newsletter service by clicking a box during an order process or by entering your email address on the website. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. To do so, you can either send us an email or unsubscribe via a link at the end of the newsletter. Your personal data will be stored and used for newsletter distribution until you unsubscribe.
