Access to the concert area is only possible via the footpath to the fortress arena | Kaiserjägerweg entrance (Kinkstraße 36). The walk takes approximately 5-8 minutes. Once you reach the fortress arena, you will find the main entrance to the concert area with the box office. Please note: tickets for visiting the fortress cannot be purchased there and access to the museum areas of the fortress is not possible via this entrance. Access to the fortress arena via the main entrance of Kufstein Fortress is not possible. The panorama train is not in use!

The motorway section from the German border to the motorway exit “Kufstein Süd” is toll-free. Beyond that point, a “vignette” (tax disc) is required. These can be purchased at the border crossing points, at filling stations and from the automobile club. Public parking lots and parking garages are available in the center of Kufstein. Access to these and other parking areas is clearly signposted.

For those who appreciate a comfortable and simple journey, the train offers an affordable option for your arrival. There are good connections to Kufstein from both Munich and Innsbruck. The train arrives directly at the ÖBB- (Austrian Federal Railways) and DB- (German Railways) station in Kufstein.
Directions from the train station to the entrance Kaiserjägerweg (Kinkstraße 36):
– from the train station, cross the bridge to the town center
– turn right onto Innpromenade
– after approximately 350 meters, turn slightly left onto Salurner Straße
– after approximately 100 meters, turn left to stay on Salurner Straße
– after approximately 50 meters, keep left and follow Kaiserjägerweg to the fortress arena

There are two bus parking lots in Kufstein that can be used (Fischergries and Wechselberger). The bus parking lot Wechselberger is perfectly located to the event area on Salurnerstraße, only about 100 meters from the entrance Kaiserjägerweg. VENUE
Since its modernization in 2006, the event venue has the best state-of-the-art event technology and modern infrastructure. The mobile roof of the event arena is a real eye-catcher. It not only protects from the rain but also enhances the enchanting atmosphere of this historic structure. We also take care of your well-being – drinks and snacks are available for purchase at the on-site catering service during events.
Due to the architectural limitations of the historic fortress, the concert area is only partially accessible – you can find all information about accessibility here.
